The Aetos Japan team regularly evaluates the cost versus benefit of holding an investment, taking into consideration evolving real estate fundamentals, capital markets dynamics, and economic conditions. Strategies employed include aggressively leasing up properties, optimizing tenant mix and space utilization, maximizing net rentable area through space conversion, and where appropriate, injecting capital to improve properties.
